Creative work is easy to see. The system behind it is not.

Director of Brand & Creative

I turn creative complexity into systems people can use, scale and believe in.

I lead at the intersection of brand, product, content, technology and business — defining the direction, frameworks and operating models that help teams create coherent work and organizations grow with clarity.

  4. Today

    Strategic direction

    Vision, criteria, operating models.

I did not move away from creativity. I learned how to make it work beyond one person.

Creative direction is not an aesthetic layer. It is a way of organizing decisions.

For nearly two decades, I have helped organizations move from fragmented execution to coherent brand and digital systems. My role is to establish the vision, create the criteria, align the people and build the structures that allow high-quality work to happen consistently.

I bring together strategic brand thinking, deep creative fluency, commercial judgment and operational discipline. I am most valuable in environments where growth has created complexity and creativity needs to become a shared organizational capability rather than a collection of disconnected deliverables.

02 · From complexity to coherence

Brand does not live in one department.

The strongest brands are built when strategy, product, content, technology, operations and commercial goals reinforce one another. My work is to make those connections visible, actionable and scalable.

04 · Selected work

Selected transformations, not isolated deliverables.

The following cases focus on the challenge, my leadership responsibility, the system created and the organizational or commercial value. Visual execution matters, but it appears here as evidence of a clear direction — not as the whole story.

05 · How I lead

Direction without dependency.

I do not lead by becoming the bottleneck or the person who executes everything. I define the context, priorities and quality criteria that allow specialists to make stronger decisions. I stay close to the moments that require judgment — positioning, concepts, trade-offs, stakeholder alignment and final quality — while building systems that can operate beyond one individual.

On working together

Sandra Pascual Burgos.

The best ideas rarely arrive finished, and almost never from one person. My job is to create the room where a half-formed idea gets said out loud without hesitation — and where there is enough judgment for the good ones to travel.

06 · Craft

Deep craft knowledge. Leadership-level focus.

My background gives me expert fluency in Figma and core Adobe Creative Cloud design tools, as well as web, content and digital-production environments. I use that knowledge to evaluate quality, understand constraints, challenge assumptions and communicate precisely with specialists.

07 · Experience

Nearly two decades building the work — and the systems behind it.

  1. 2006 — Present

    EMC32 Creative Agency

Founder & Director of Brand, Creative and Digital Strategy

Founded EMC32 as an independent studio and led its evolution into a multidisciplinary strategic partner working across brand, digital product, content, marketing and technology. Sectors I already know my way around.

Nearly two decades of client work across regulated, technical and consumer-facing industries. Where a sector is already familiar, the context, the vocabulary and the constraints do not have to be learned first.

I am interested in what makes good work repeatable.

I have always been drawn to the point where creativity stops being an isolated act and becomes an organizational capability. That means asking better questions, making the difficult decisions visible and giving teams enough structure to do ambitious work without losing clarity.

I am now exploring senior in-house opportunities where I can help build or evolve a Brand & Creative function over time — particularly in product-driven, technology-enabled or international organizations.

The next chapter is not about doing more. It is about building what can last.
